Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] or call (347) 555-0288 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Authorization: We issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack with Care: Use original packaging where possible. For large items, we arrange professional pickup.
  4. Ship: Send via the provided label or scheduled freight pickup.
  5. Refund: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: Misrepresented or transit-damaged items — Nongeric covers all return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping. For oversized pieces, we can coordinate freight pickup at cost.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Cash on Delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

Owing to the unique nature of our archive, exchanges for the same item are rarely possible. Our concierge will gladly help you identify a comparable piece from our active collection.
